Title: Exclude persons without access

Hello there,

Someone asked me if it was possible to forbid the access to chans when the incoming pple has no access. The channels are using the XOP access mode.
If there are actually no way, I'll do a module for that, but it will be great if it already exists :)

there is an easy way and its using access not xop
just set everyone as a user and toggle access to stop anyone not with an access level from getting in.
i'm not at home atm so cant give the commands.. but that's how its done.. via access not xop

If you are wanting to stop users from joining unless they are on the channels xop/access list then try/chanserv help set restricted
