no, it isnt possible for anope to do this, and its unethical for the ircd to do it too.

Not only is it unethical in some countries it is even illegal as well as the fact many IRC users hate being spyed upon (which is what this is). A om (private message) is exactly what its name implies and should be kept that way.

then ask them... personally, i refuse to help any1 who s involved in that sort of activities... if i did, i could even end up in jail for something like that.., but i refuse mainly because it s against most i believe in...

well i know there was something to spy on users on old versions of unrealircd, but it had such a bad reputation because of that and support and development were stopped...
anyways, it s definately an IRCd thing, not a services thing...

Spy module is a module, which is illegal. But why you need it for? Anyway I do know about that spy module, but i will shut my mouth up, since it is an illegal and i wish people do not use it too. :)
/me afraid of spying from the network that using that module.

KhmerIRC is the best and Honest IRC network never want to install kind off those in our fresh IRC network;) |:( why Khchat need it? yeah Ghost we really Hat spying module.
