Title: What do I have wrong?

I have services linked just fine but chanserv will not vop, hop, aop, sop anyone on the access list nor will it de-op someone that's not an op in a registered channel when I restart services.

NSDefAutoop should be enabled in your config, and ChanServ only deops people in channels marked as secureops (CSDefSecureOps).

ya, I had just figured that out (the NSDefAutoop), thanks, you can lock/delete this now, thanks again.
